If you have paid for your order and need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. After that time frame, HickVibes reserves the right to deny the cancellation request as the order has been processed. If you are eligible you will be approved for a full refund of your order. However, the process might take up to 7 business days due to the proper procedure of your bank issuer.
